Joint Wellness

Joint Wellness by Karen Voss at LoHi Physical Therapy

 Joint Wellness In Person Class Returns to LoHi PT.  

When:  Tuesday, November 1st, 8th, 15th.    I will have classes in January & February. (dates TBD) 

Time:    5:30 to 6:30 PM

What to Bring:  a yoga mat or similar mat;  2 towels & 1 small pillow  (can use 3 towels). 

Cost:  $120.00 includes all 3 sessions.   Only 4 participants per session. 


About the class:  Joint Wellness is designed to provide you the opportunity to regain motion of your major joints of your body.  We'll use gravity to aid joint motion without strain.  In Joint Wellness, the functional movement patterns  match where your ease of motion in your joint exists at the time of the class. Our goal is to  reinstate the integrity of your joint while training the surrounding soft tissue to respond to allow joint alignment with motion. 


I can provide you personal attention by keeping the class to 4 participants. 


There will be opportunity to learn by doing, ask questions, repeat techniques as much as needed.  You will be able to integrate the Joint Wellness program into a daily routine for daily motion to reduce your degree of stiffness. 


Wear loose, comfortable clothing that covers you comfortably as Joint Wellness involves floor activities using gravity so your arms, legs will be up in the air.  The class uses gravity and motion to tone muscles without strain, to change your alignment. We will address every major joint in your body including toes, ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulder, neck, elbow, wrist and digits.
