6 Session Running Well® Program

Session 1: Includes video analysis, education regarding efficient running mechanics and beginning core drills.

Session 2: Continues to address your specific movement retraining needs and builds on your progress from session 1.

Session 3: Includes mid-term video to see and track your changes.

Session 4: Expands your form training to include your trunk and upper body.

Session 5: You’ll be ready for plyometrics and increased strengthening.

Session 6: We put it all together and repeat video analysis.
